Your sessions include

Spiritual Guidance

Your session begins with a spiritually guided check in. This includes a short meditation and chant to open up the Akashic records and connection to your higher self. You will share what is present in your life and your intentions for the session. This is your chance to your voice in the quantum realm where you can call on the timeline you desire for your life.
Energy Healing

Most of the session you will be laying on a heated Amethyst Bio-Mat in a Salt Sanctuary room where you will receive both hands on and hands off energy healing. Lauren will be intuitively guided to facilitate in the way that will support you the most, which sometimes includes spoken Light Language or transmissions channeled for you.
